Sarasota real estate, with straight answers.
I'm Julie Giancola, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty in Sarasota. Buying, selling or moving here, you'll know what the market is doing and what it means for you. If I don't know something, I'll find out fast.
Thinking of selling?
What is my home worth?
Online "instant" values can't see your kitchen, your roof or your street. I can. Tell me about your home, and within one business day I'll send you a price range based on recent sales nearby. Free, with no obligation.

Selling
Know your home's value before you list, price it to sell and plan your next move.

About Julie
Meet Julie Giancola, Sarasota real estate agent
Communication is my background, and it's how I run every deal. I earned a Communications degree from Northern Kentucky University and spent ten years coordinating projects. I keep every detail moving, so you always know where things stand.
I'm a Florida REALTOR® with eXp Realty, and I've lived in Sarasota for five years. I built my first home in my twenties. Since then I've personally bought and sold five homes and closed 15 deals as an investor. I've also owned rental property and rented out RV sites on my own land, and I managed it all myself. So I know the owner's side, not just the buyer's and seller's.
Here, taxes, insurance, flood zones and HOA fees can change the math on a home. I'll bring them up early, before they become surprises.
My goal is simple: a clear plan, honest answers and a calm process from first question to closing day.
When you reach out, you'll hear back from me personally, not a call center.
